With new scientific
evidence and testing, a lot of people don't believe that Anna Anderson
was the real Anastasia Romanov. For example, recent DNA tests on
Anna Anderson after her death have shown that she does not show resemblance
to the Romanov family. However, it does match that of Franziska Schanzkowska,
a German Polish Factory. Coincidentally, this woman disappeared in
the same year that Anna was discovered. But what about her memory?
How could Anna remember so much about her past? Many believe on an
insider giving her the information.
The Romanov
family began to doubt Anna's reality when she sued the family for her inheritance.
This enhanced beliefs that she was only after the Romanov family fortune.
Historians believe they may have even found Anastasia's body. Although
there may be more proof that she was the real Anastasia, the evidence against
her is strictly scientific.
